Allison B. Welch
Clinical Psychologist MAPS FCCLP
 STAP Accredited Supervisor

Caring for the people who care for our community.

Welcome to Welch Psychology. If you spend your days holding space for everyone else, this is a space to be held yourself.

Allison Welch is a senior Clinical Psychologist with more than twenty years across mental health and disability, much of it at the bedside in Queensland's hospitals and in people's homes. She understands long hours and the quiet cost of always being the one who copes, because she has lived them. For more than eight years she has run this practice on evenings and weekends while working full time in the hospital system.

Welch Psychology supports the caregivers of our community: healthcare workers, teachers and educators, carers, and women navigating burnout, trauma, reproductive health and the pressure of holding everything together. Sessions are warm, evidence based and delivered by secure telehealth across Australia, subject to clinical suitability.

Booking is simple. Choose a time online, complete your forms securely, and your private video link arrives automatically.
